Yes! Shipping is free with the purchase of 4 bags or more. Stock up on your favorite flavors and we'll cover the shipping anywhere in the United States.
Shipping is a flat fee based on how many bags you order: 1 bag is $8.95, 2 bags are $13.95, 3 bags are $16.95, and orders of 4 bags or more ship free anywhere in the United States. Every order ships fresh from our small batch kitchen in Raleigh, NC.
Our popcorn is hand-popped in small batches and packaged fresh. Kept sealed, it stays crisp and flavorful for several weeks — but we doubt it lasts that long!

Our online bag sizes are all 6 by 18 inches. They range from approximately 10 to 12 cups of popcorn per bag which varies based on flavor, kernel, humidity, and temperature. We use mushroom popcorn kernels which produce a very full beautiful crunch!
We offer free local delivery within the triangle area with purchase of 3 bags or more. Delivery is based on the order and when we are popping each week which varies upon demand, usually within 5 business days of order. Please list any special delivery instructions in the order request. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need the bags by a certain date, please reach out to blazingkettle@blazingkettle.com to confirm we can meet the delivery date.
Orders normally ship within 5 business days of receiving the order, based on demand for that week and when we are popping. Shipping is general U.S. ground. Please confirm your address before placing the order. Blazing Kettle is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered however we will work with you as best we can if an issue arises.
Our refund policy is case by case basis. At Blazing Kettle our goal is to make everyone happy as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All of our bags are currently gluten free except loaded baked potato. Garlic Parm, White Cheddar, Chicago Style and Loaded Baked Potato contain dairy. Our ingredients are manufactured in a facility that may also use dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, shellfish, soy, sesame, egg. Our popcorn is popped in mixture of corn oil and canola oil producing just the right flavor. Contains no soy or peanut oil.
